Meet the Founder of Fly San Diego
Hi! I'm Jamie Dockins, a FAA Certified Flight Instructor with Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine, as well as an ATP, Airline Transport Pilot Rating. I hold an FAA Gold Seal of Instruction, have logged over 9500 hours of dual-given flight instruction, and bring more than 20 years of flying experience.
At Fly San Diego, my mission is to provide a top-notch learning experience, emphasizing safety, creating good habits, and providing a supportive environment. Each of our instructors is carefully chosen, highly skilled, and dedicated to ensuring every flight is a fun, challenging, and a rewarding learning experience.
